GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS

Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes (10 minutes for the presentation, plus 5 minutes of discussion/Q&A). Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their presentation accordingly, to ensure the smooth running of the conference programme. The session chairs will make sure that each presenter is provided the same amount of time. The language of the conference is English and no simultaneous translation services will be provided.

Please submit you presentation file in PDF to isah2024cmu@gmail.com by September 15, 2024. The file will be shared with the session moderator in advance, in order to foster active discussions in sessions

A widescreen projector will be used so please make sure your presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio.

The poster format

• The submitted poster will be assigned in standard board (100 x 200 cm) which is presented in a vertical position. The actual usage area of the poster display board should be 90 cm x 120 cm, leaving the lower area of the board approximately 50-80 cm from the floor.
• The poster should be readable from at least 1 meter away.
• The poster should be self-explanatory, clear and specific, and presents the material logically and legible.
• Paper title should be on the topmost, followed by author(s) and affiliation(S) with following subheadings: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, References and Acknowledgements.
• Lettering for illustration, chart, graph and photograph should be large and easy to read.
• The assigned reference code number of each poster will be marked on the board for setting up your poster.

Remark: If you would like us to print your poster, please send the poster in PDF file to isah2024cmu@gmail.com by August 30, 2024. (The printing fee will be 30 USD per 1 poster)
